[ARCHIVED] CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP AT ELMONT PUBLIC LIBRARY - February 2018

Mineola, NY - Nassau County Executive Laura Curran announced today that the County Office for the Aging, in cooperation with the Elmont Public Library, is offering a support group specifically targeted to respond to the needs of elder caregivers. 

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Elmont Public Library, located at 700 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont.  Meetings are held every month and are open to residents of Nassau County.  This support group will provide an opportunity for participants to share experiences and help one another.  The group is led by Caitlyn Murphy, LMSW, Support Group Facilitator.
