Legislator Steve Rhoads joined with Presiding Officer Norma Gonsalves at the Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Brian Harding at the Merrick Gold Club to honor him for his outstanding achievement.
To achieve this rank, Brian chose a service project at Sacred Heart Church in North Merrick, New York. His project consisted of renovating an unused classroom which can now be used for church and community activities. His project took over 40 hours and 35 volunteers to complete.
