New Laws, Regulations and Guidelines Adopted by Nassau County

Nassau County has adopted new laws, regulations, and guidelines in relation to the powers and authority of the Nassau County Planning Commission and the Nassau County Planning Department, effective for all new subdivision applications filed after April 14, 2009.

There will be a broad educational outreach, to ensure a smooth changeover to the new practices and procedures.
