Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs honored Plainview-Old Bethpage/John F. Kennedy High School student Reva Butensky for her wonderful achievement of becoming a semi-finalist in the Intel Science Talent Search 2014. Pictured with Legislator Jacobs and Reva are Principal James Murray and Science teacher Mary Lou O’Donnell. Reva explained her project and answered questions from Legislators on both sides of the aisle. "I was truly the one who was honored to be able to recognize Reva. She is a perfect example of the excellence of our students and the abilities they have as a result of their dedication and commitment." said Jacobs.
