To further help this booming section, County Executive Mangano has created the Tech Task Teach, as known as T3, to bring government and the private sector together to host various Technology Island events and promote a variety of Technology Island initiatives.

Technology Island presents Pitch Island! At Pitch Island Long Island-based startups and early-stage companies will pitch their technology products to leading angel investors in the style of the hit show, Shark Tank on ABC. Pitch Island, hosted by the Nassau County Tech Task Team (T3), had its inaugural showing at the Adelphi University’s Performing Arts Center on April 30th, 2016. The next date for event is to be determined.
