Responsibilities
The help desk mission is to provide courteous, responsive technical support to Nassau County workers via the phone or email. The objective is to resolve the problem on initial contact with the help desk.

We support standard software, hardware, email, and infrastructure related problems. We will take a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems to better assist in the use of computer technology including:
  • Laptops
  • Printers
  • Workstation / Server Equipment
